In a world where everyone has become little more than just a number to those in charge, this project focuses on how a "counter cultures" such as skating can become not only an art form but also bring community, connection and an outlet for creativity to a group of friends. Allowing them to leave an impact on the world around them, and proving that people are more than just a number.
We decided to create a video part to be shown along side the project within an exhibition. However the video quickly became more then just a supporting piece, and became integral to the project. As it highlights the grit of skateboarding as well as the creative movement, making the sport its own art form
